The content of this book systematically and comprehensively teaches English language in conformity with the Standard 6 English syllabus of 2016. Even where not explicitly stated in the syllabus, we have observed the standard rules and principles of foreign language teaching in a manner that addresses the language challenges of our young learners. The book is rich in short stories, dialogues and practice activities. Its over 25 short stories and dialogues are meant to sharpen pupils’ reading skills, increase their vocabulary and improve their grammar. In addition, these features reinforce skills taught in sections before them in an interesting and motivating way. It is our belief that this book will help to make teaching and learning of English Language easy and effective.
